Internet Experience Monitoring

Know the quality of
your connection.

SunPoint Beacon continuously observes Internet and Wi-Fi performance from the place people actually use the connection. It turns outages, latency, jitter, packet loss, throughput, Wi-Fi conditions, and power events into a simple Beacon Grade—with the detailed evidence still available underneath.

Working prototype in active development. Cloud service and commercial availability are not yet generally available.

One problem. Many users.

The Internet can be “up”
and still feel broken.

01 / SEE IT

Catch short impairments

Beacon is designed to record brief outages, latency spikes, jitter, packet loss, DNS/HTTPS failures, throughput degradation, and power events that can disappear before support investigates.

02 / EXPLAIN IT

Separate Wi-Fi from Internet

Beacon measures wired and wireless paths independently so a local Wi-Fi problem can be distinguished from a router, ISP, upstream, or power problem.

03 / UNDERSTAND IT

Simple first, deep when needed

A Beacon Grade gives anyone an immediate answer. Home, work, gaming, hotspot, ISP/MSP/HOA, and engineering views expose progressively deeper context.

Beacon Grade

A simple answer on top of rich telemetry.

A low-tech user should know in seconds whether the connection is healthy. An engineer should be able to drill all the way down to the raw evidence.
